DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS (www.ritter.lv)
The online store www.ritter.lv offers convenient and secure options for receiving your purchases. To ensure the fastest possible order fulfillment, we provide two main pickup alternatives—free in-person pickup at our store or delivery to any Omniva parcel locker throughout Latvia.
1. Free In-Store Pickup (On-Site)
All placed orders are eligible for free in-person pickup at the SIA “Ritter” store.
- Address: Stabu iela 44, Rīga, LV-1011.
- Business hours: (We recommend specifying exact store hours here, e.g.: Weekdays 10:00–19:00, Saturdays 10:00–16:00).
- Pickup procedure: As soon as your order is assembled and ready for collection, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS. When arriving to collect your order, please present your order number or the buyer’s full name.
2. Delivery via Omniva Parcel Lockers
If you prefer to receive your item at the most convenient location nearby, select delivery via Omniva parcel locker when placing your order.
- Delivery fee: Standard price: 5.00 EUR or “Free for orders over 100 EUR”.
- Delivery time: Items are dispatched within 1–2 business days following receipt of payment (if the item is in stock). Parcel locker delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from the moment of dispatch.
- Receiving your parcel: When the shipment arrives at your selected parcel locker, you will receive an SMS containing a unique door opening code. The parcel is stored in the locker for 7 calendar days.
Important Information for Buyers
Delivery damage: Upon receiving your item at the parcel locker, please inspect the packaging for any visual damage. If you notice significant packaging damage, please contact us immediately by emailing info.sia.ritter@gmail.com or by calling us.
